Who is BILK? Music we love in a language you speak Bilk find themselves in a triangle between Punk-Rock-Pop, where a little influence of the 80th century music, especially theNeue deutsche Welle - NDW - can't or won't be denied and they consider with a critical view what is important in the world: Life, Love and the passion with wich things can be done and unfairness wich cannot be overlooked. They present their knowledge in a wide range from loud and rough to harmonic and pensive in their native tongue without falling into the trap of presenting trash or phrasemongering. Their language is straight and cheeky - probably mostly because of their Berliner Schnauze (cheeky way of speaking in Berlin). Bilk sind/are: Manu Fiedler (Singsang), Martin Schaaf (Schlagzeug+ Percussion), Rene Schlender (Gitarre), Andreas Ridder (Bass)
