Adrenaline Mob s'est formé autour d'un noyau de trois membres, Mike Portnoy ex-batteur de Dream Theater, Russel Allen sublime chanteur de Symphony-X et le guitariste virtuose Mike Orlando qui entre enfin dans une formation renommée à la mesure de son talent. A leurs cotés, on y retrouve deux membres qui ont été débarqué après l'enregistrement du premier album Omertà, Paul DiLeo à la basse et Rich Ward à la guitare rythmique, tous deux ayant fait leurs armes chez Fozzy, le groupe du catcheur de la WWE Chris Jericho.
