Formed in 2003 Catherine started just like most bands playing locally in an attempt to gain recognition and play bigger and better venues. About a year into the band's career things began to pick up and they started selling out local venues and hopped on some bigger shows with national acts. In 2006, Catherine signed a deal with Rise Records and recorded their debut LP 'Rumor Has It: Astaroth Has Stolen Your Eyes'. The band hit the road shortly after their first release and started to become recognized throughout the U.S. A year after the first CD and after a few member changes, the band released their second LP on Rise titled, 'The Naturals'. With some fresh faces on board, Catherine continues to rock out and tour most of the year. Be on the lookout for the next Catherine disk 'Inside Out' which will be in stores everwhere starting April 28th.
