Hawaii
Hawaii était un groupe formé en 1982 par le guitariste Marty Friedman (guitare), Eddie Day (chant), Tom Azevedo (guitare), Joey Galisa (bass), Jeff Graves (batterie), Kim La Chance (chant). À l'origine le groupe s'appelait Vixen mais ils n'ont pas gardé ce nom pour ne pas être confondu avec le groupe féminin du même nom. Hawaii était un des deux groupes importants de Honolulu, l'autre étant le Sacred Rite. Après que le split de Hawaii, Marty Friedmana formé Cacophony avec Jason Becker.
