Juggernaut


Juggernaut is a Deathcore french band. It was created in 2002. They started out by playing local gigs, and started to get noticed by the metal hardcore scene countrywide. After several lineup changes, they took a more brutal and technical turn, incorporating some elements of brutal death metal while still putting an emphasis on groove and dynamic. The band shared the stage with bands such as Misery Index, Mumakil, Gorod, Arkangel, Primal Age... After recording 2 demos and a couple of split CDs, Juggernaut finally released their first album, Architects of Deceit in December 2008. It was recorded at Bud Studios (Gorod, Imply in All, Breakdust) and mastered by Scott Hull at Visceral Sound (Pig Destroyer, ANB...) Juggernaut is about creating rich and original music, developing an identity of their own, away from the clichés and the shortcomings of any musical genres, and sharing its intensity during concerts. The release of Architects of Deceit will be followed by concerts throughout 2009 in France and in neighboring countries.
