Ozma est un groupe d'indie rock californien qui s'est formé en 1995 à Pasadena. Il comptait tout d'abord 4 membres, à savoir Ryen Slegr (chant/guitare), José Galvez (guitare/chant), Patrick Edwards (percussions) and Daniel Brummel (chant/basse). Le groupe fut ensuite rejoint par Katherine Kieckhefer aux claviers en 1997, puis en 1998 par Star Wick, qui a remplacé le départ de Kieckhefer. Le groupe s'est séparé en 2004, pour finalement revenir sur sa décision 2 ans plus tard.
