Santigold
Santigold (alias Santi White) est une compositrice, productrice et chanteuse de Philadelphie. Elle a commencé sa carrière en 2003. Autrefois chanteuse de Stiffed (groupe punk rock / ska de Philadelphie), elle s'est vu proposer un contrat pour continuer en solo. Santogold, son premier album sorti en avril 2008, a été co-produit par John Hill de Stiffed. Diplo et Switch (producteurs notamment de M.I.A.) ont collaboré à plusieurs titres orientés dub et electro. Cependant, son style reste ancré dans un mélange d'indie rock, de new wave et de punk.
