Timothy J. Follin est un compositeur de musique de jeux vidéo né en 1970, qui a commencé par créer des mélodies pour le ZXSpectrum de Sinclair. Il est surtout connu pour ses travaux sur Ghouls 'n Ghosts, Bionic Commando, Spider-Man and the X-Men: Arcade's Revenge mais également Ecco the Dolphin : Defender of the Future sur Dreamcast. En 2005, Tim Follin a annoncé qu'il mettait fin à sa carrière de musicien. Il aura néanmoins participé à pas moins de 50 jeux vidéo.
